docs: Mention absolute mouse and MSD issues on Ezcoo EZ-SW41H21-KVMU3P KVM-Switch (#1658) 

Some firmware versions or model revisions of the Ezcoo EZ-SW41H21-KVMU3P KVM-Switch have issues with mouse and keyboard output if absolute mouse and MSD are enabled.

See #1463 for more information and the solution.
