feat: 移除Telegram功能支持
移除了与Telegram相关的所有功能，包括：
- 从README文档中删除Telegram配置选项说明
- 从客户端界面中移除Telegram按钮和相关HTML元素
- 删除Telegram相关的环境变量配置
- 移除Telegram发送配置的功能代码
- 从客户端模型中删除Telegram用户ID字段
- 清理相关的依赖包引用
