build(deps): bump github.com/unpoller/unifi/v5 from v5.25.0 to v5.26.0 

Picks up fix for UCI SystemStats JSON tag (system_stats → system-stats),
which caused CPU and memory metrics to always unmarshal as nil for UCI
(Cable Internet) devices. See unpoller/unifi#217.
