📝 "*" can be used for UI TARGET_NAMESPACE option ( #2412 )
...
Similar to "WATCHED_NAMESPACE" for the operator itself, "*" is a valid option for the UI. Without it clusters in multiple namespaces - rather, those not in the TARGET_NAMESPACE - will not show in the UI. Which can be confusing for users.

* Bumped Spilo image tag to the one that supports PostgreSQL 15. Using CDP version temporarily until non-CDP one is released.
* Added support for PostgreSQL 15 and made it default. 9.5 and 9.6 are now no longer supported

- Move all the relevant code to a separate file
- Move all the related tests to a separate file
- Avoid using cluster where not required
- Simplify the logic in sync and other methods
- Cleanup of duplicated or unused code

* Update deleteConnectionPooler to include role
* Adding test cases and other changes
- Fix unit test and delete secret when required only
- Make sure we use empty fresh cluster for every test case.
* enhance e2e test
* Disable pooler in complete manifest as this is source for e2e too an creates unnecessary pooler setups.

Make selector match labels defined in the deployment ( #1001 )

Currently, the deployment manifest specifies two labels: `name` and `team`.
This fixes the service not matching the deployed pods by chosing a correct selector.
