Update Community_FAQ.md (#354)

Added verbiage to Useful links
Made 1 line out of Latency section
Added more clarity and verbiage to power splitter section
Added more clarity to using KB on a zerow
Removed a section that seemed 3x as redundant
Added a url reference back to the original information in how to get root section
Removed v3 hat section
Moved some verbiage in the cant find the 0w/rpi4 section
Added verbiage to the realvnc section
