* Add an option to allow health checks based on User-Agent.
* Formatting fix
* Rename field and avoid unnecessary interface.
* Skip the redirect fix so it can be put into a different PR.
* Add CHANGELOG entry
* Adding a couple tests for the PingUserAgent option.
