Switch from containers/image to go-containerregistry ( #140 )

* Vendor changes for go-containerregistry switch.
* Manual changes for go-containerregistry switch.
The biggest change is refactoring the tarball unpacking.
* Pull more of container-diff out.
* More vendor removals.
* More unit tests.
