Kevin Adams eadf6921bd fix: set executable bit on test stub scripts ... core.fileMode=false on this checkout (NTFS-mounted /mnt/c) meant the previous commit recorded tests/stubs/* and tests/fail-stubs/* as 100644 despite being executable locally, so CI failed with "Permission denied" trying to exec them via PATH lookup.
