sed was replacing 'Filename: /tmp/path/' with '' (empty), stripping the
'Filename: ' label and leaving a bare path apt cannot parse. Result: apt
could see packages in the index but couldn't download them.
Corrected sed: s|Filename: /path/|Filename: | — keeps the label, strips
only the absolute temp-dir prefix.
Regenerated: dists/v3, dists/main, dists/v2 Packages + Release + InRelease.

Adds empty binary-amd64 and binary-arm64 Packages files and updates
Release Architectures to "all amd64 arm64". Silences the apt warning
"doesn't support architecture 'amd64'" on PVE hosts without duplicating
package entries (all packages remain Architecture: all).
