Alexander Makarenko	6352b69bb8	Add `PGPOOL_ENABLE_LOAD_BALANCING` environment setting ... Sets `load_balance_mode` in `pgpool.conf`. The rationale is to be able to NOT use load balancing when it's not needed.	2020-01-14 18:49:51 +01:00
