Replay realistic MQTT message sequences through _process_message() to cover all tray_now disambiguation paths: single-nozzle passthrough (X1E/P2S), H2D dual-nozzle snow field, pending target, ams_extruder_map fallback, active extruder switching, and full multi-color lifecycles.
