The print dispatch notification disappeared instantly for small files or closed immediately when the progress bar reached 100%, giving no confirmation that the job was submitted. The dispatch toast now stays visible for 3 seconds showing the completion message before auto- dismissing. For very fast uploads where no progress toast was shown, a fresh confirmation toast is created instead.
