maziggy 967fe80baa Remember the streaming overlay builder's choices in the browser
Every choice in Settings → Camera → Streaming Overlay was lost on reload
or when leaving the page. They are now kept in local storage, checked
like an imported URL when read back; the token is never stored. A Reset
choices link restores the defaults.

A "Settings saved" toast confirms each change once the edits settle.
