maziggy cb3363733e fix: remove dead PAUSED printer state checks (#447) ...

The printer only sends PAUSE via MQTT gcode_state, never PAUSED.
Removed all unreachable PAUSED comparisons from frontend (4 files)
and backend (2 files).
