maziggy 3c29e200d7 fix: clear inventory spool assignments when switching to Spoolman mode ...

When enabling Spoolman, stale built-in inventory slot assignments
persisted in the database and the printer card UI still showed
assign/unassign buttons from the internal inventory. Now bulk-deletes
all SpoolAssignment records on mode switch, invalidates the frontend
spool-assignments cache, and hides inventory UI on printer cards while
Spoolman is active.
