External cameras (General) and camera tokens plus the Streaming Overlay builder (API Keys) move to a new Camera tab. Old links to the tokens or the builder, /camera-tokens included, open it. API Keys is hidden from a user who may see nothing on it. The settings menu keeps General first and sorts the other tabs by their label in the interface language. Also lets the Connected Apps fields shrink so Add app stays inside its card, and fixes the pt-BR camera button label.
