maziggy 77cb7158d2 Add SpoolBuddy System tab with live OS stats from Raspberry Pi
The daemon now collects CPU temp, core count, load average, memory/disk
usage, OS info, and system uptime every heartbeat using stdlib-only reads
from /proc and /sys. Stats are sent as a JSON blob in the heartbeat
payload, stored in a new system_stats TEXT column, and displayed in a
new "System" tab in SpoolBuddy Settings with color-coded usage bars.

maziggy bc37c12f90 Disable service worker on SpoolBuddy kiosk to prevent stale frontend
The kiosk touchscreen has no way to hard-refresh, and the service worker
served stale cached JS after updates. SpoolBuddy pages now unregister
any existing SW and skip registration entirely. Regular desktop/mobile
users still get the SW. Restored kiosk restart in SSH update flow since
SW is no longer an obstacle.

maziggy 0e44e149bd ● Compact SpoolBuddy updates tab layout to fit without scrolling
Merged version, status, and update check into a single card. Buttons
are side by side when up to date. Reduced padding and font sizes.
Removed separate "complete" banner since status is now cleared on
re-registration. SSH Setup section is smaller and more compact.

maziggy b83a99ebab ● Fix SpoolBuddy update status stuck after restart
The SSH update set status to "complete" after the daemon had already
restarted and re-registered, overwriting the cleared state so it stuck
forever. Removed the post-restart "complete" write — daemon
re-registration is now the completion signal, clearing any update status.

maziggy 4f617c21e1 [Fix] X1C Virtual Printer not accepting sends (#735)
X1C and X1 virtual printers used legacy SSDP model codes
  (3DPrinter-X1-Carbon, 3DPrinter-X1) that BambuStudio doesn't
recognize, causing "incompatible printer preset" errors when
sending prints. Changed to the correct codes (BL-P001, BL-P002)
that real printers report via SSDP.

Also fixed proxy mode auto-inherit storing printer display names
(e.g. "X1C") instead of SSDP codes, by adding a resolution layer
that maps display names to model codes.

DB migration auto-converts existing VPs on startup.

maziggy bbc5ccb982 Library Upload Doesn't Show New File Until Page Reload ([#704](https://github.com/maziggy/bambuddy/issues/704)) — After uploading a file in the Library file manager, the file list didn't update until the user reloaded the browser. The upload endpoint used db.flush() instead of db.commit(), so the new row was only written to the database *after* the response was sent to the client. The frontend immediately refetched the file list upon receiving the response, but a new database session couldn't see the uncommitted row — resulting in stale data. Fixed by committing before the response is returned. Also fixed the same race condition in folder create, folder update, and file update endpoints. Reported by @shadowjig.
Printer File Manager Doesn't Auto-Refresh ([#704](https://github.com/maziggy/bambuddy/issues/704)) — The printer file manager (SD card browser) only fetched the file list once when opened. Files uploaded from BambuStudio/OrcaSlicer while the modal was open wouldn't appear until the user clicked the refresh button or reopened the modal. Now auto-refreshes every 30 seconds while open. Reported by @shadowjig.

Database Connection Pool Exhaustion Under Load ([#704](https://github.com/maziggy/bambuddy/issues/704)) — Background tasks (print scheduler FTP uploads, camera captures, notification sends, timelapse stitching) held database sessions open during slow network I/O, consuming connection pool slots for seconds at a time. With the default pool of 15 connections (size 5 + overflow 10), concurrent operations during print start/complete events could exhaust the pool, causing `QueuePool limit reached` errors and `greenlet_spawn` failures in RFID spool auto-assignment. Doubled the pool to 30 connections (size 10 + overflow 20). Reported by @shadowjig.

maziggy 81db4eabaf Fix smart_plugs UNIQUE constraint migration not firing on some databases (#689)
The migration that removes the UNIQUE constraint on smart_plugs.printer_id
used an exact substring match ("printer_id INTEGER UNIQUE") to detect the
constraint. Databases created with older SQLAlchemy versions may express
the constraint differently (quoted column names, table-level UNIQUE clause,
or separate UNIQUE indexes), causing the migration to silently skip.

Users hit "IntegrityError: UNIQUE constraint failed: smart_plugs.printer_id"
when assigning a second HA switch to a printer.

Replace the exact string match with regex pattern matching that handles
inline constraints, table-level UNIQUE(printer_id), quoted column names,
  and standalone UNIQUE indexes.

maziggy f1eb375964 Fix cloud profiles shared across all users (#665)
Cloud credentials were stored globally — one Bambu Cloud account per
Bambuddy instance. When auth was enabled, any user logging into Cloud
overwrote everyone else's credentials. Credentials are now stored
per-user: each user gets their own independent Cloud login.

Also fixed cloud data endpoints (settings, fields, preset CRUD)
  requiring settings:read/settings:update permissions instead of
cloud:auth — users who had "Cloud Auth" enabled but "Settings"
disabled couldn't load profiles after logging in.

maziggy a5016432df Fix SpoolBuddy tag_type for linked spools + add inventory weight check column
SpoolBuddy's "Link to Spool" used the generic updateSpool API which only
set tag_uid, leaving tag_type and data_origin empty. Now uses linkTagToSpool
  with tag_type='generic' and data_origin='nfc_link'.

Added a "Weight Check" inventory column (hidden by default) that compares
each spool's last scale measurement against calculated gross weight with
±50g tolerance. Shows green check for match, yellow warning + sync button
for mismatch. Backend stores last_scale_weight and last_weighed_at on each
spool when weight is synced via SpoolBuddy. Includes edge case handling
when scale weight < core weight. i18n keys added for all 6 locales.

maziggy fe5bb1fd90 Fix naive-vs-aware datetime crash from 0.2.1 timezone migration
The timezone fix (ed36eaf) replaced datetime.utcnow() with
datetime.now(timezone.utc) across ~80 call sites, but SQLAlchemy's
SQLite DateTime columns strip tzinfo on read, returning naive datetimes.
Any Python-side comparison (subtraction, <, >) between an aware "now"
and a naive DB value raises TypeError.

Add `if value.tzinfo is None: value = value.replace(tzinfo=timezone.utc)`
guards at all 8 affected comparison sites:
- maintenance.py: last_performed_at subtraction (500 on /maintenance/overview)
- auth.py: API key expires_at check (2 locations)
- print_scheduler.py: scheduled_time comparison
- smart_plug_manager.py: auto_off_pending_since elapsed calc
- smart_plugs.py: power_alert_last_triggered cooldown
- main.py: last_runtime_update elapsed calc
- archives.py: timelapse completed_at fallback

maziggy c2b7b6a99a Fix inconsistent print cost calculation on reprints (#505)
Three independent code paths wrote to archive.cost with conflicting
strategies, causing the same model to produce different prices on each
reprint (e.g. £0.77, £1.54, £2.03).

- Remove add_reprint_cost (Path 3) — redundant cost accumulation that
double-counted on top of usage tracker
- Fix usage tracker (Path 2) — compute cost from current session's
results only, not a SUM of all historical SpoolUsageHistory rows
- Remove _reprint_archives tracking set from main.py
- Update test mocks to match simplified query pattern

archive.cost now always reflects the cost of a single print.

maziggy ed36eafbec Fix timestamps off by timezone offset in non-UTC containers (#504)
All backend timestamps used datetime.now() (server local time) or the
deprecated datetime.utcnow(). The frontend's parseUTCDate() assumes
timestamps without timezone indicators are UTC and appends 'Z', so
stored timestamps were off by the timezone offset when the container's
timezone wasn't UTC.

Backend: replaced datetime.now() and datetime.utcnow() with
datetime.now(timezone.utc) across 16 files (~80 call sites) for all
database fields and DB comparisons. Cosmetic timestamps (filenames,
user-facing local time formatting) intentionally left as local time.

Frontend: replaced 13 new Date(backendTimestamp) calls with
parseUTCDate() across 8 files to correctly interpret UTC timestamps.

maziggy 38af5df050 Add filament override for model-based queue assignment (#486)
When scheduling a print to "any printer" (model-based assignment),
users can now override the 3MF's original filament choices per slot.
The override dropdown shows compatible filaments loaded across all
printers of the selected model, filtered by type and nozzle (H2D).
The scheduler matches against overridden type/color instead of the
original 3MF values, preferring printers with exact color matches.

Backend:
- New GET /printers/available-filaments endpoint (aggregates loaded
filaments across printers of a model, includes extruder_id for
  dual-nozzle nozzle-aware filtering)
- New filament_overrides JSON column on print_queue table
- Scheduler applies overrides before AMS mapping, clears tray_info_idx
on overridden slots so color matching takes priority
- Printer selection prefers printers with most override color matches

Frontend:
- New FilamentOverride component with per-slot override dropdowns
- Type-filtered options (PLA slots only show PLA)
- Nozzle-aware filtering (H2D: only shows filaments on correct extruder)
- Integrated into PrintModal for model-based queue mode

Tests:
- 11 backend unit tests (color match counting, override application)
- 12 frontend tests (rendering, type/nozzle filtering, interactions)

Backend: SpoolBuddyDevice model, 10 REST endpoints (/spoolbuddy/*),
6 WebSocket broadcast types, background offline-detection watchdog.

RPi daemon: asyncio service with concurrent NFC polling (300ms,
MIFARE Classic + Bambu HKDF key derivation), scale reading (10 SPS,
5-sample moving average, stability detection), and 10s heartbeat
with exponential backoff reconnect.

Frontend: kiosk-optimized 1024x600 UI at /spoolbuddy with Dashboard
(live weight + NFC spool detection), AMS Overview, Inventory,
Printers, and Settings pages. useSpoolBuddyState reducer hook
driven by WebSocket CustomEvents.

i18n: all 6 locales (en, de, fr, it, ja, pt-BR).
