Three bugs that surfaced together while debugging an H2D cancel:
1. Cancelling a print stamped failure_reason="Layer shift" in archives
AND left the printer card stuck on "1 problem" forever. Four causes:
(a) POST /printers/{id}/print/stop never set the user-stopped flag, so
on_print_complete couldn't override "failed" -> "cancelled".
(b) HMS-derived failure_reason heuristic mapped any module-0x0C HMS to
"Layer shift". Module 0x0C is "Motion Controller" broadly (includes
cameras, markers, AND the cancel-sequence echo 0C00_001B). Real
layer-shift codes live in module 0x03. Same false-positive class
existed for "Filament runout" (any 0x07) and "Clogged nozzle" (any
0x05). Replaced with a 23-code curated short-code map; unknowns
leave failure_reason=None.
(c) Cancel-echo HMS codes (0300_400C "The task was canceled.",
0500_400E "Printing was cancelled.") were polluting state.hms_errors
via both the hms[] and print_error parse paths. Filter them at
parse time so the frontend never sees them.
(d) Frontend bucketed gcode_state="FAILED" as a problem unconditionally.
Real failures attach an HMS error; user-cancels don't — so FAILED-
without-HMS now buckets as "finished" and only escalates to "error"
when there's an active known HMS.
2. logs/bambuddy.log was silently dropping records from named child
loggers. TraceIDFilter was attached to root_logger, but Python's
logging only invokes a Logger's filters on records originating at that
logger — propagated child-logger records skipped it, formatter raised
KeyError, handler.handleError dropped the record. Moved the filter
from root_logger.addFilter() to handler.addFilter() on each handler,
matching the filter's own docstring guidance.
derive_failure_reason() extracted as a pure function for testability.
status="cancelled" now symmetrically yields "User cancelled" alongside
"aborted".
20 regression tests across:

- backend/tests/unit/test_trace.py::TestFilterMustBeAttachedToHandlerNotLogger (1)

the H2D-cancel-echo "FAILED + only unknown HMS" case)
When two printers were running different plates of the same multi-plate
3MF, the Printers page cards displayed the same file name on both and
there was no way to tell them apart. The Queue view already had this
information by cross-referencing the archive's plate list; the card
didn't have the linkage.
Expose `current_archive_id` (resolved by matching the MQTT `subtask_id`
against `PrintArchive.subtask_id` — the bridge introduced in #972 for
restart-resume) and `current_plate_id` (parsed from `gcode_file` by a
new shared `parse_plate_id` helper) on the status endpoint. The helper
is also called from the WebSocket push path so plate transitions
reflect within 100 ms instead of waiting 30 s for the next REST poll;
the archive id itself stays REST-only since it's stable for the life
of a print and shouldn't make the push path touch the DB.
The card fetches plate metadata via the same `api.getArchivePlates()`
call QueuePage uses — shared React Query cache keeps it cheap across
polls — and renders the actual plate name (or a "Plate N" fallback)
only when `is_multi_plate` is true. Single-plate prints stay clean.
Falls back to the previous `plate_N.gcode` regex path when there's no
archive linkage (e.g. prints started directly from the printer LCD).
Tests cover the plate-id extraction across Bambu Studio path shapes
(backend parse_plate_id, printer_state_to_dict wiring) and the label
override precedence in formatPrintName (frontend).
After configuring an AMS-HT slot with a custom cloud preset, the slot
card and Configure modal kept showing "Generic PLA" even though the
printer and slicer had the correct preset. The `/slot-presets` response
keyed HT entries at `ams_id * 4 + tray_id = 512`, but frontend lookups
used `ams_id` directly (128 on PrintersPage via getGlobalTrayId, 64 on
SpoolBuddy via a one-off formula). All three agreed for regular AMS, so
the mismatch only surfaced on HT — the saved preset never reached the
UI and the render fell through to `tray.tray_type`.
Backend now keys via a helper that mirrors frontend `getGlobalTrayId`.
SpoolBuddy's AMS page switches to the shared helper. Regression test
covers regular, HT, and external slot keys.
Critical safety fix. The bed-jog dialog's "Home Z" button sent a bare
`G28 Z` over gcode_line. On Bambu printers where the Z endstop is at
the top (bed moves UP into it — H2C, H2D, H2S, X1 family), `G28 Z`
skips the toolhead-park step that a full `G28` runs first, so the bed
rises at full speed with nothing getting out of the way. The reporter
only escaped damage because the toolhead happened to be parked on the
purge chute.
The /printers/{id}/home-axes endpoint and BambuClient.home_axes() now
always send bare `G28` regardless of the axes argument, triggering the
firmware's safe multi-step routine (park toolhead → home XY → home Z).
The axes argument is kept for API compat but ignored; invalid values
still return 400.
Frontend retitles the button "Auto Home" and updates the dialog copy
in all 7 locales so users aren't surprised when X/Y motion happens
before Z. Parameterized regression test asserts z/xy/all all produce
bare G28.
Second wave of #972 — reproducer on a 37.5 MB BambuStudio print to an A1
showed three stacking root causes when Bambuddy restarts mid-print.
1. Archive start_time lost on container restart. The name-based dedup
cancelled any "printing" archive older than 4h and recreated it with
started_at=now(), so a 13h print that saw a restart 10h in ended up
showing ~1.5h duration. Persist MQTT subtask_id on every archive and
match on that first, regardless of age — same id means same print,
resume in place. Also revives Stale-cancelled rows for users
upgrading mid-print.
2. 3MF FTP search tried non-existent paths for ~48 min. Order was
/cache → /model → /data → /data/Metadata → / with 11×30s retries
each; BambuStudio actually pushes to / on A1, so the real path was
tested last. Reorder to / first, and raise a new FileNotOnPrinterError
sentinel from download_to_file on 550 so with_ftp_retry short-circuits
via non_retry_exceptions. 425 / SSL EOF / connection resets still
retry as before.
3. Cover endpoint and archive flow downloaded the same 36 MB twice and
competed for the printer's single FTP socket, producing 425 errors
that fed cause-2's retry storm. Add an in-memory _threemf_path_cache
keyed on (printer_id, normalized filename); whichever flow fetches
first populates it, the other reuses the file read-only. Eviction
runs on on_print_complete and deletes the temp file.
Backend: 14 new tests across test_bambu_ftp.py and a new
test_subtask_archive_resume.py. Existing suite: 2737 pass. ruff clean,
frontend build clean.
Adds a compact "Bed" badge in the printer-card controls row
between print speed and Stop/Pause. Opens a popover with up/down
arrows and a 1 / 10 / 50 mm step selector.
When the Z axis has not been homed since the last print, the
first jog per session opens a Bambu Studio-style modal with
Home Z / Move anyway / Cancel. "Move anyway" bypasses soft
endstops (M211 S0 ... M211 S1) for a single move and is
remembered for the browser session.
Backend:
- POST /printers/{id}/bed-jog?distance=N[&force=bool]
Emits G91 / G1 ZN F600 / G90 (with optional M211 wrap).
Distance validated server-side (non-zero, |N| <= 200 mm).
- POST /printers/{id}/home-axes?axes=z|xy|all
Emits G28 variants.
Both gated behind Permission.PRINTERS_CONTROL.
Frontend:
- New indigo-themed badge + popover in PrintersPage.
- Not-homed confirmation modal with sessionStorage "warned" flag.
- i18n keys under printers.bedJog.* in all 7 locales.
Tests:
- backend/tests/unit/test_bed_jog.py — 13 tests covering
404 / 400 / 500 / success paths for both endpoints, plus
gcode-payload assertions for force on/off.
Docs:
- README feature list, CHANGELOG (0.2.3b4 Unreleased),
printer-control wiki page, website features.html.
Start Drying was publishing a valid MQTT command that the firmware
silently refused. The per-AMS dry_sf_reason array was parsed but never
consulted before publish, so users with the AMS 2 Pro external PSU
unplugged (code 8) saw nothing happen. The empty filament field in our
payload was also a refusal trigger on some firmwares.
The /drying/start route now inspects dry_sf_reason and returns a 409
with a specific message, and backfills filament from the first loaded
tray (default PLA) so the printer can't reject the command for a
missing field.
Surface four Home Assistant-style controls on the Printers page card:
- SD Card badge in the top status row (green / red, icon-only).
- Enclosure Door badge in the top status row (green / yellow, icon-only).
Detection per printer family — X1/X1C/X1E read home_flag bit 23, all
others read top-level `stat` (hex string) bit 23 — so X1 firmware that
does not flip stat bit 23 stops false-triggering "open". WebSocket
status-change dedup key now includes door_open so toggling the door
alone publishes a push, no 30s REST-poll wait.
- Airduct Mode badge beside the speed control (cooling / heating)
for P2S/H2D/H2C/H2S; one-click dropdown calls the existing
set_airduct MQTT command via a new POST /printers/{id}/airduct-mode
route.
- Force Refresh entry in the kebab menu — calls the existing
/printers/{id}/refresh-status endpoint to request a pushall snapshot
without forcing a reconnect.
Tests: door-open parsing (X1 home_flag, non-X1 stat, ignore mismatched
source, invalid hex) and airduct route (validation, not-connected,
success, failure).
With Auto Off enabled and another job queued, the smart plug cut power when a
print finished and immediately re-powered the printer because the scheduler
saw pending items. The printer booted fresh into IDLE and the next job
auto-dispatched, bypassing the "Clear Plate & Start Next" confirmation.
Root cause: the plate-clear gate lived only in PrinterManager._plate_cleared
(in-memory set) and _is_printer_idle treated IDLE as unconditionally idle. On
power cycle the in-memory flag was lost and the IDLE-on-boot state skipped
the gate entirely.
Fix:
- Replace the in-memory flag with an awaiting_plate_clear column on the
printers table, rehydrated into the PrinterManager at startup.
- Set the flag in on_print_complete for completed/failed prints (not user
cancellations); clear it on ack and on scheduler dispatch.
- _is_printer_idle now short-circuits to not-idle whenever require_plate_clear
is on and the flag is set, regardless of the currently reported state —
so the gate holds through power cycles, Bambuddy restarts, and the printer
booting back into IDLE.
- /printers/{id}/clear-plate no longer requires the printer to report
FINISH/FAILED; it accepts the ack whenever the flag is raised.
- Frontend widgets (PrinterQueueWidget, Layout, BulkPrinterToolbar) gate on
the flag rather than reported state.
Tests: added regression tests for IDLE+awaiting=True (the #961 case) and
full DB round-trip tests for the persistence layer.
New dedicated MQTT methods, API endpoints, and UI buttons for
loading/unloading filament from the external spool holder without
requiring an AMS. Includes state guards to prevent load when filament
is already loaded and unload when nothing is loaded.
Camera streams, snapshots, thumbnails, timelapse videos, photos, QR
codes, and cover images served via <img>/<video> tags were previously
unauthenticated because browser media elements cannot send Authorization
headers. When auth is enabled, these endpoints are now protected by a
reusable stream token (?token=xxx) obtained from POST
/printers/camera/stream-token (requires CAMERA_VIEW permission).
Some printers (e.g. H2D) only send {id, state} in incremental MQTT
tray updates — no tray_type, tray_color, or other fields. When
filament is unloaded (state changes from 11 to 10), the old tray
data persisted indefinitely because the merge logic only updates
fields present in the incoming message.
Backend:
- Detect tray state != 11 without tray_type in incremental updates
and clear stale tray data (bambu_mqtt.py)
- Expose tray `state` field via REST API and WebSocket broadcasts
(printer.py schema, printers.py route, printer_manager.py)
- Include AMS tray content in WebSocket dedup key so load/unload
transitions trigger broadcasts (main.py)
Frontend:
- Add `state` to AMSTray interface (client.ts)
- Show configure/assign buttons for state=10 (spool present, not
loaded) but hide for state=9 (truly empty) on AMS/HT slots
- Hide fill level bar on empty slots
Tests:
- 5 new tests covering state-based clearing, preservation, reload,
and idempotency
Add a "Rotate spool during drying" checkbox to the manual drying popover
for AMS 2 Pro and AMS-HT units. The firmware-level rotate_tray field was
already sent (hardcoded to false) — this makes it user-configurable.
The checkbox defaults to unchecked and resets each time the popover opens.
Firmware silently disables rotation if filament is currently loaded.
Add a speed control badge to the printer monitoring card controls row
that lets users switch between Silent (50%), Standard (100%), Sport
(124%), and Ludicrous (166%) presets during active prints. The badge
displays a gauge icon with the current speed percentage, always visible
but disabled when idle. Includes backend endpoint, optimistic UI
updates, i18n for all 7 locales, and full test coverage.
Start, monitor, and stop drying sessions for AMS 2 Pro (n3f) and
AMS-HT (n3s) directly from the Printers page. Flame icon in AMS card
header opens a popover with filament-based temperature/duration presets
from BambuStudio. Live countdown status bar shows time remaining.
Backend: cache module_type from MQTT get_version, expose dry_time and
module_type in both WebSocket and REST paths, add supports_drying()
with firmware gating, add server-side guard on start_drying endpoint.
Frontend: drying button, popover with filament select + temp/duration
sliders, status bar, start/stop mutations. i18n for all 7 locales.
Supported: X1/X1C (fw 01.09+), P1P/P1S (fw 01.08+), H2D (fw 01.02.30+),
H2D Pro, X1E. Not supported: P2S, A1, A1 Mini, H2S, H2C.
home_flag bit 18 is set on all printers regardless of hardware,
causing the ethernet badge to appear on WiFi-only models (A1, P1P,
etc.). The previous fix removed the feature entirely, so ethernet
printers lost their badge too.
Now only trusts bit 18 on models with an ethernet port (X1C, X1E,
P1S, P2S, H2D, H2D Pro, H2C, H2S). WiFi-only models always show
the WiFi signal badge.
home_flag bit 18 was incorrectly interpreted as "wired/ethernet
connection", causing the ethernet badge to always show — even on
printers without an ethernet port (e.g. A1, P1S). This hid the
WiFi signal indicator entirely.
Removed the wired_network field and ethernet badge UI. The WiFi
signal badge now shows correctly whenever the printer reports
signal strength.
All filament mapping dropdowns (single-printer, multi-printer, and
"Print to Any" model-based) showed only the base material type (e.g.
"PLA") without distinguishing subtypes like "PLA Basic" vs "PLA Matte",
making entries with different subtypes but same color look identical.
Backend: Add tray_sub_brands to available-filaments response and include
it in the dedup key so different subtypes of the same color appear as
separate entries.
Frontend: Show tray_sub_brands in FilamentMapping, FilamentOverride, and
PrinterSelector dropdowns, falling back to base type when unset. Add
traySubBrands field to LoadedFilament interface.

Parse home_flag bit 18 (0x00040000) from MQTT to detect ethernet
connections. When set, the printer card shows a green "Ethernet"
badge with a cable icon instead of WiFi signal strength in dBm.
The printer info modal also displays "Ethernet" instead of WiFi
signal details.
When scheduling a print to "any printer" (model-based assignment),
users can now override the 3MF's original filament choices per slot.
The override dropdown shows compatible filaments loaded across all
printers of the selected model, filtered by type and nozzle (H2D).
The scheduler matches against overridden type/color instead of the
original 3MF values, preferring printers with exact color matches.
Backend:
- New GET /printers/available-filaments endpoint (aggregates loaded
filaments across printers of a model, includes extruder_id for
dual-nozzle nozzle-aware filtering)
- New filament_overrides JSON column on print_queue table
- Scheduler applies overrides before AMS mapping, clears tray_info_idx
on overridden slots so color matching takes priority
- Printer selection prefers printers with most override color matches
Frontend:
- New FilamentOverride component with per-slot override dropdowns
- Type-filtered options (PLA slots only show PLA)
- Nozzle-aware filtering (H2D: only shows filaments on correct extruder)
- Integrated into PrintModal for model-based queue mode
Tests:
- 11 backend unit tests (color match counting, override application)
- 12 frontend tests (rendering, type/nozzle filtering, interactions)
i18n: All 6 locales (en, de, fr, it, ja, pt-BR)
Two bugs caused spool assignments to always configure AMS slots with
generic Bambu filament IDs (e.g. GFB99 "Generic ABS") instead of the
spool's actual slicer preset:
1. PFUS* IDs (cloud-synced custom presets) were blanket-rejected and
replaced with generic IDs in both assign_spool and configure_ams_slot
2. Generic fallback IDs (GFB99, GFL99, etc.) were treated as "good"
presets by the slot-reuse logic, making them sticky once set
New priority: spool's own slicer_filament > slot's non-generic preset
(same material) > generic fallback.
Parse the MQTT "fun" field bit 0x20000000 to detect whether connected
printers have Developer LAN Mode enabled. Show a persistent orange
warning banner when any printer lacks it, since newer firmware silently
rejects MQTT write commands without developer mode.
- Parse fun field into developer_mode on PrinterState
- Add /printers/developer-mode-warnings lightweight polling endpoint
- Include developer_mode in printer status API and support bundle
- Orange banner with affected printer names and wiki link
- Translations for all 6 locales (en, de, fr, it, ja, pt-BR)
- 7 backend + 4 frontend tests
BambuStudio actively resets AMS slots configured with unrecognized PFUS*
(user-local) preset IDs. Replace PFUS* with generic Bambu filament IDs
(e.g. GFL99 for PLA) in both the slot configure and inventory assignment
endpoints. When the slot already has a recognized cloud-synced preset for
the same material, reuse it to preserve K-profile calibration.
Also fix fill level bar not showing for brand new spools (weight_used=0)
by changing the condition from weight_used > 0 to weight_used != null.
The printer only sends PAUSE via MQTT gcode_state, never PAUSED.
Removed all unreachable PAUSED comparisons from frontend (4 files)
and backend (2 files).
Add a new `printers:clear_plate` permission so admins can grant
plate-clearing ability without full `printers:control` access.
Existing groups with `printers:control` automatically receive the
new permission on startup via migration.
Replace the cramped permission modal in Settings with a dedicated
full-page group editor (`/groups/new`, `/groups/:id/edit`) featuring
search filtering, select all/clear all, category-level toggles,
and a responsive 2-column permission grid. Remove dead GroupsPage
code that was never routed.
- Backend: new Permission enum, category, defaults, endpoint guard, migration
- Frontend: GroupEditPage, updated routes, removed modal from SettingsPage
- Tests: 10 backend + 10 frontend tests for new permission and editor
- Docs: updated wiki (auth, printer-control, API), website, changelog
- i18n: added group editor keys to all 6 locale files (en/de/ja/fr/pt-BR/it)
After clicking "Clear Plate & Start Next", refreshing the page showed
the button again because the frontend determined the state purely from
the printer's FINISH/FAILED status. The backend already tracked a
plate_cleared flag in memory but never exposed it to the frontend.
- Add plate_cleared field to PrinterStatus schema and API response
- Pass plateCleared prop to PrinterQueueWidget
- Skip clear plate UI when plate is already acknowledged
- Add 2 tests for plateCleared=true behavior
Add a "Clear Errors" button to the HMS error modal that sends
clean_print_error via MQTT and locally clears hms_errors for
immediate UI feedback. Useful for dismissing stale print_error
values that persist after print cancellation or transient events.
Backend:
- Add dual external spool support for H2D (vt_tray as list: Ext-L/Ext-R)
- Add cloud filament ID map endpoint (/cloud/filament-id-map)
- Fix RFID spool data erased by periodic AMS updates (skip tag matcher
for RFID-tagged trays)
- Fix AMS slot config overwrites RFID spool state
- Fix K-profile selection corrupts existing profiles on X1C/P1S
- Resolve K-profiles filament name via cloud filament ID map
- Update print scheduler and usage tracker for dual external spools
Frontend:
- Add printer model filtering to ConfigureAmsSlotModal (cloud/local/builtin
presets filtered by @BBL model suffix and compatible_printers)
- Add pre-population for configured slots (preset, color, K-profile)
- Add K-Profiles view with accurate filament name resolution
- Internationalize all ConfigureAmsSlotModal strings (en/de/fr/it/ja — 21 keys)
- Add 5 new ConfigureAmsSlotModal tests (model filtering, pre-selection,
color pre-population, i18n)
- Update PrintersPage for dual external spool rendering
Docs:
- Update CHANGELOG, README, website features, and wiki AMS docs
The print scheduler previously treated FINISH/FAILED as idle states
and would auto-start the next queued print before the user cleared
the build plate. Now requires explicit user confirmation via a
"Clear Plate & Start Next" button on the printer card. Uses an
in-memory plate-cleared flag — no MQTT command needed since the
scheduler's start_print overrides the printer state.
- Show all 6 nozzles including mounted: backend includes all nozzle_info
entries (removes id >= 2 filter), frontend filters to non-empty
- Translate nozzle type codes to full names: HS→Hardened Steel, 00/01/05
mapped to Stainless Steel/Hardened Steel/Tungsten Carbide
- Add flow type to hover card: HH→High Flow, HS→Standard
- Show filament material type in hover card (PLA, PETG etc.) from MQTT
tray_type/filament_type field
- Add filament_type to NozzleRackSlot schema (backend + frontend)
- Add translations (en, de, ja, it): nozzleTungstenCarbide, nozzleFlow,
nozzleHighFlow, nozzleStandardFlow
The cover image cache was keyed by subtask_name and never invalidated
between prints. When a user printed the same project name twice with a
different bed layout, the cached thumbnail from the first print was
returned instead of fetching the new one from the printer.
Clear the cover cache for the printer on every print start so the next
cover request downloads a fresh 3MF and extracts the current thumbnail.
Users who use OrcaSlicer without Bambu Cloud can now import slicer
presets directly into Bambuddy. Supports .orca_filament, .bbscfg,
.bbsflmt, .zip, and .json exports with automatic inheritance resolution
via OrcaSlicer's GitHub base profiles (cached with 7-day TTL).
Capture 4 additional fields from MQTT nozzle data (max_temp, serial_number,
filament_color, filament_id) and surface them through REST/WebSocket APIs.
Add per-slot hover popover to the NozzleRackCard showing all metrics, filament
color backgrounds on slots, and i18n labels in all 4 locales.
The H2C printer has a tool-changer with a 6-nozzle rack, but
device.nozzle.info entries beyond index 1 were being dropped due to a
hardcoded 2-nozzle limit. This adds full nozzle rack storage, API
exposure, and a frontend card showing all dock positions.
The CodeQL cleanup in "Housekeeping" (2b11efd) bulk-narrowed except
clauses across 50+ files, breaking FTP uploads on ALL printer models.
ftplib.error_perm (550 errors) is not a subclass of ftplib.error_reply,
so diagnose_storage() CWD failures escaped the handler and prevented
STOR from ever executing — causing 100% upload failure and HTTP 500s
on /api/v1/archives/{id}/reprint and /api/v1/library/files/{id}/print.
FTP fixes:
- Remove diagnose_storage() from upload hot path
- Change all except (OSError, ftplib.error_reply) to
except (OSError, ftplib.Error) across bambu_ftp.py
Exception handling reverts (9 files):
- Revert narrowed except clauses back to except Exception in route
handlers and service code where broad catches are intentional
defensive programming (archive parsing, HTTP clients, 3MF/ZIP
processing, Home Assistant, firmware checks)
- Keep narrow exceptions only where safe (single-op blocks like
int(), file.unlink(), socket.close())
- Remove unused XMLParseError imports from archive.py, threemf_tools.py
Closes#287
Several FTP operations (file browser, timelapse scan, storage info,
cover download, skip objects, etc.) were missing the printer_model
parameter. Without it, A1/A1 Mini and PS1 printers can't use the prot_p/prot_c
auto-detection and fallback logic, causing FTP failures on these models
when the mode cache isn't already populated.
These modules were already imported at the top of each file.
Removes re-imports of re, json, zipfile, and logging from
inside functions in archive.py, library.py, main.py,
printers.py, support.py, and test_library_api.py.
Resolves all 30 CodeQL py/repeated-import findings.
Security scan (Bandit) identified vulnerable XML parsing in 3MF file
processing. The standard xml.etree.ElementTree is vulnerable to XXE
(XML External Entity) attacks.
Changes:
- Add defusedxml>=0.7.0 to requirements.txt
- Replace all xml.etree.ElementTree imports with defusedxml.ElementTree
in production code (6 files)
Affected files:
- backend/app/services/archive.py
- backend/app/services/print_scheduler.py
- backend/app/api/routes/print_queue.py
- backend/app/api/routes/library.py
- backend/app/api/routes/printers.py
- backend/app/api/routes/archives.py
Test files intentionally left unchanged (test XML is trusted).
The tray_info_idx field is a filament TYPE identifier (e.g., "GFA00" for
generic PLA), not unique per spool. When multiple AMS trays are loaded
with the same filament type, the previous code used find() which always
returned the first match regardless of color.
Now checks if tray_info_idx is unique among available trays:
- If unique: use that tray as definitive match (existing behavior)
- If not unique: fall back to color matching among matching trays
Fixed in both backend (print_scheduler.py) and frontend (useFilamentMapping.ts).
Closes#245
Bambu Studio converts spaces to underscores when saving files to the
printer, but MQTT reports the original name with spaces. This caused
FTP downloads to fail with "550 Failed to open file" because we were
searching for "Battery Storage_giesela.gcode.3mf" but the actual file
was "Battery_Storage_giesela.gcode.3mf".
Changes:
- Add underscore variants to direct download path attempts
- Normalize spaces/underscores in fallback directory search
- Apply fix to archive download, cover extraction, and objects reload
Closes#218
