Status summary bar on the Printers page now shows availability count
("X available") and a "Next available" indicator with printer name,
progress bar, percentage, and remaining time for the printer finishing
soonest. Always visible when printers are printing; hidden otherwise.
Fix race condition in bulk archive deletion where files were removed
from disk before the database commit. Concurrent SQLite writes could
cause a lock timeout, rolling back the DB delete while files were
already gone — leaving orphaned records with broken thumbnails. Now
deletes the DB record first and only removes files after a successful
commit.
H2/A1 series have linear rails, not carbon rods. X1/P1/P2S have carbon
rods, not linear rails. Split rod-specific maintenance into model-aware
pairs: "Lubricate/Clean Carbon Rods" for X1/P1/P2S and "Lubricate/Clean
Linear Rails" for A1/H2. Added rod type classification to printer_models
and startup cleanup for stale/duplicate system maintenance types.
Dual-nozzle H2D/H2D Pro: filament matching now respects nozzle assignments
from the 3MF file. Each AMS unit feeds a specific nozzle (L/R), and the
scheduler/frontend constrain matching to only trays on the correct nozzle.
Falls back to unfiltered matching when no trays exist on the target nozzle.
L/R badges shown in the filament mapping UI. Translated in en/de/ja/it.
Fix AMS slot config overwritten on startup: on_ams_change unconditionally
unlinked BL spool assignments on every MQTT pushall, then re-assigned them
sending ams_filament_setting without setting_id — clearing the printer's
filament preset. Now compares spool RFID identifiers before unlinking.
Fix BL spool detection false positives: removed tray_info_idx from detection
logic in both backend is_bambu_lab_spool() and frontend isBambuLabSpool().
Third-party spools using Bambu generic presets had GF-prefixed tray_info_idx
values, causing misidentification. Now uses only tray_uuid and tag_uid.
SQLite WAL mode with 5s busy timeout reduces "database is locked" errors.
Prevent accidentally skipping the wrong object during a print by showing
a warning confirmation dialog with the object name and an irreversible
action warning. Uses the existing ConfirmModal component with warning
variant. Translations added for all 4 locales (en, de, ja, it).
The print scheduler previously treated FINISH/FAILED as idle states
and would auto-start the next queued print before the user cleared
the build plate. Now requires explicit user confirmation via a
"Clear Plate & Start Next" button on the printer card. Uses an
in-memory plate-cleared flag — no MQTT command needed since the
scheduler's start_print overrides the printer state.
External links behind reverse proxies (Traefik, nginx) block iframe
embedding via X-Frame-Options/CSP headers. Add a per-link boolean
toggle so users can choose between iframe (default) and new-tab
behavior. Keyboard shortcuts also respect the setting.
The cover image URL was always /printers/{id}/cover regardless of the
active print, so the browser served its cached image. Now appends the
print name as a cache-busting query parameter and resets load state
when the print changes.
Content-Disposition parser now handles RFC 5987 percent-encoded filenames
(filename*=utf-8''...) used by FastAPI for non-ASCII characters. Applied
to all 7 download endpoints.

Rename the "Users" settings tab to "Authentication" and move the
standalone "Global Email" tab into it as an "Email Authentication"
sub-tab. This groups email/SMTP configuration with user management
where it logically belongs.
- Remove top-level email tab from settings tab bar

Authentication tab

Nozzle rack id 0 = extruder 0 = right nozzle, id 1 = extruder 1 = left.
The dual-nozzle hover card had them backwards, showing serial number and
max temp on the left column instead of the right. Serial and max temp
are now restricted to the right (removable) nozzle only. Single-nozzle
fallback (H2D, H2C) updated to use the primary nozzle (id 0).

Printers whose model has no firmware data in Bambu Lab's API (e.g. H2C
on public beta firmware) displayed a misleading green "up to date" badge.
The API returns latest_version=null for these models, so there is nothing
to compare against. Hide the badge when latest_version is not available.

orange=update available) with click to view release notes or

The remote_interface_ip setting only worked in proxy mode but was
completely ignored in server modes (immediate/review/print_queue).
Users with multiple NICs (LAN + Tailscale, Docker bridges) got wrong
auto-detected IP in SSDP broadcasts and TLS certificates.
Users can now choose their preferred slicer (Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer)
in Settings → General. All "Open in Slicer" buttons across Archives,
3D Preview, and context menus use the correct protocol for the selected
slicer. OrcaSlicer uses orcaslicer://open?file=<URL> on all platforms;
Bambu Studio uses bambustudio:// (Windows) or bambustudioopen:// (macOS/
Linux). Default remains Bambu Studio for backward compatibility.
Users who use OrcaSlicer without Bambu Cloud can now import slicer
presets directly into Bambuddy. Supports .orca_filament, .bbscfg,
.bbsflmt, .zip, and .json exports with automatic inheritance resolution
via OrcaSlicer's GitHub base profiles (cached with 7-day TTL).
Capture 4 additional fields from MQTT nozzle data (max_temp, serial_number,
filament_color, filament_id) and surface them through REST/WebSocket APIs.
Add per-slot hover popover to the NozzleRackCard showing all metrics, filament
color backgrounds on slots, and i18n labels in all 4 locales.
The H2C printer has a tool-changer with a 6-nozzle rack, but
device.nozzle.info entries beyond index 1 were being dropped due to a
hardcoded 2-nozzle limit. This adds full nozzle rack storage, API
exposure, and a frontend card showing all dock positions.
CSS invert() filter was applied to all custom uploaded icons in dark
mode, causing full-color logos to render with wrong colors. Removed
the invert filter from custom icon <img> tags in Layout.tsx and
AddExternalLinkModal.tsx. Preset Lucide icons are unaffected.
Restructured ja.ts from a divergent format (different nesting, 12
structural conflicts, 48 namespaces) to match EN/DE structure exactly
(41 namespaces, 0 conflicts). Translated all 2,083 EN keys into
Japanese — previously 1,366 keys were missing and silently falling
back to English via i18next fallbackLng.
AMS Lite units (A1 series) have no weight sensor and always report 0%
fill level. When a spool is linked to Spoolman with weight data, use
Spoolman's remaining weight as a fallback. External spools also show
fill level from Spoolman data instead of always showing unknown.
Backend: Enrich GET /spoolman/spools/linked response with
remaining_weight and filament_weight alongside spool ID.
Frontend: Add getSpoolmanFillLevel() helper. Update regular AMS, HT
AMS, and external spool fill computations to use Spoolman fallback
when AMS reports 0%. Show "(Spoolman)" indicator in hover card when
fill data comes from Spoolman.
