Fix PWA install not available in Chrome (#629)
Resize PWA icons to match their declared dimensions (192x192, 512x512, 180x180), split discouraged "any maskable" icon purpose, and add mobile and desktop screenshots to manifest.json for Chrome's richer install UI.
