Documentation is confusing
...
mariadb_server_id needs to be unique and usually replica is 2 (different
from primary that is 1).

Upgrading mariadb will recreate my.cnf symlink so it's better to use
mariadb.cnf as the default configuration file.
+ add skip-name-resolve option by default
+ logging option was ignored
